Advantage has worked alongside local estate agents for 5 years now offering clearance services when tenants have left properties with items remaining or have been evicted. We are able to react quickly to ensure that properties can be occupied again as soon as possible.

As registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency we have the advantage of being able to dispose of all types on non-hazardous waste so there is no need for additional services such as skip hire.
